🚀Your mission: Turning our online events into a profitable acquisition channel in terms of ROI, in particular — but not limited to — by creating promotional campaigns prior to the event in order to acquire quality leads for the marketing and sales departments to follow-up with. You will then be actively participating in our growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop a webinar program for key phases of the buyer’s journey from awareness to purchase
- Oversee each webinar from conception, production, leads’ follow-up and reporting
- Own the promotion pre, during, and post-event
- If needed, be the host or co-host of the webinar
- Own the technical setup of our webinars, mastering our set of tools for digital marketing
- Implementing digital marketing tactics to constantly increase the number of qualified leads’ registration and attendees to our events, showing a growth mindset
- Work with the content team to find innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content created within the webinar program, from on-demand webinars to blogs to PDFs and beyond.
- Stay on top of video and webinar trends, formats, shows, talent — an expert on what’s happening
- This role involves working closely with our Marketing Director, Content team, and Sales team.

About you:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in digital marketing and project management
- Minimum C1 English, another European language is a plus (ex: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian…)
- Result-driven, sales oriented, with an eagerness to constantly increase performance
- Ability to work in an agile, fast growing environment and with a start-up mindset, managing ambiguity
- Great capacity to execute, manage workload, and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage several projects in several countries at the same time, to work with marketing and sales teams, to meet deadlines
- Ability to innovate, take actions and work autonomously
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM, and an appetite for digital tools
- Knowledge of Zoho Tools (CRM, Campaigns, Flow and Forms) is a plus
- Good verbal and written skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in a fast growing environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in video editing would be a great advantage
- Start-up and scale-up experience
